The girls had bunches of fun bringing in the new year with plenty of pretty sparklers and the kewl part is that they did not burn anything down. The bad thing about being on base it that any fireworks that go boom are not allowed, so we did not set off or see any awesome fireworks. Perhaps one of these years we will get to spend new years in Iceland where they know how to bring in the new year with a loud bang!!!
